I've spent a good amount of time over the past several months attempting to build various musical instruments. I've found this action to be not only a good distraction from certain unsettling events I've been dealing with recently, but also a tranquil way to exorcise negative thoughts from within, without destruction, repetition, which I'm so often drawn to following such events.
